Grown high in the lush green mountains at our family-run estate outside of Pereira, Colombia. Gustavo, who is part of the Don Pablo family of coffee growers and roasters, is a fourth generation coffee farmer who's passion and commitment to excellence in farming is evident in the quality of coffee he produces. The coffee has a mild body, and is smooth and balanced with notes of citrus and banana, with cocoa in the finish. It is a medium-dark roast. |

A favorite of Don Pablo and Eliana Burke, this delicious coffee is roasted medium-dark, has a rich and lively aroma, velvety body, fine acidity, and sweet pleasant aftertaste. Antigua is located in southern Guatemala, situated in a narrow valley at the foot of a dormant volcano. Its a quaint market town for the surrounding highlands where the region's fine coffee beans are grown. Its delicious! |

Blended for taste, each of these coffees have distinct body characters and levels of acidity, making the coffee more complex in the cup than a single origin varietal. The Colombian (Gustavo's Reserve), has a mild body, while the semi-washed Brazil (Cerrado) has a medium body. The acidity is sweet and well integrated. Very smooth. |
